Warranty and Returns

We stand by the quality of our products and if in event you believe you have received a faulty product, we’ll do our best to resolve it as soon as possible. Please contact us with details of the fault prior to returning the item. We will notify you if the claim is covered under warranty, and if so, issue a Return Authorisation number which must be clearly displayed on the postage packaging. Return shipping will be at the purchasers  expense.

We offer a 30-day, no questions asked return policy for products purchased via our website.  Keen Hunter is committed to providing quality products and we want you to have peace of mind when purchasing online.  

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product supplied by Keen Hunter, please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price. 

Important: Goods must be returned with original packaging, in an as new condition or otherwise a restocking fee may apply.
